| Interpretive Services provides campfire programs for children and adults during the summer months at Laguna Recreation Area campgrounds. They cover a variety of mountain history including pioneer, Forest Service, mountain man, and Native American culture. Mountain wildlife crafts are also presented. During the Labor Day Weekend ,our Living History program brings alive a wide spectrum of mountain history. Many miles of hiking trails wind through the Mount Laguna Recreation Area. The trails incorporate levels of difficulty to accommodate any hiker. Hikers enjoy desert, meadow, and forest views. A stop at the Visitor Information Center will provide maps and advice about these self-guided hiking trails. Contact Tom at info@lmva.org or visit our calendar for upcoming events. | |||||
