Living History is a special annual event hosted by Laguna Mountain Volunteer Association that highlights historic Laguna Mountain dwellers. We invite you to take a guided "Walk Back in Time", where you will visit with early cattle ranchers, mountain men, a gold miner, the first Laguna forest ranger, vacationing farmers, and Native Americans. Living History will be held over Labor Day weekend on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3 at the Red-Tailed Roost Volunteer Headquarters near Mount Laguna.

Come join us, and learn how a movement to preserve federal lands created the National Forest Service and how early inhabitants and explorers lived back then.
